Localtone Systems was founded and is managed by two partners representing extensive experience in broadcasting, development and deployment of a wide range of web and software applications, marketing, and operations management.
Localtone Systems has designed and maintains Localtone Radio, a website dedicated to allowing users to expose and control the play of local music, one city at a time. Localtone Systems is also developing patent pending applications designed to provide user controlled content beyond the web, including the mobile platform and terrestrial broadcast.

Justin Grammens
Co-founder/CTO
Holding a Master's Degree in Software Systems, Justin dubs himself an internet geek.
Not only the developer of Localtone Systems cornerstone product. Localtone Radio, Justin has developed
ecommerce applications, global mapping software, internet streaming radio services and online research
platforms. Justin brings a full range of technical knowledge and business understanding to your project.
Justin also owns and operates Localtone Interactive, an internet application development company.
Phil Wilson
Co-founder/COO
Having spent 20+ years in broadcasting Phil is the "radio guy" at Localtone Systems.
Phil has successfully built, managed, and marketed successful brands for both small and large broadcast
companies. Adept at merging new and traditional media he is responsible for initiating the web strategies
and execution of new media tactics for many companies and continues to do so though his consultancy, RemainComm.
A strong proponent of the use of new media and technology to enrich human communication. Phil still blogs on
